Apartment “Parrot” belongs to the apartments group of the “Apartment Sun” company. “Parrot” is located in downtown Wrocław. Apartment is located in wing of modern building. The building has only eighteen apartments, this is the reason why it is so atmospheric place. Despite the fact it is located in the heart of capital city of Dolny Śląsk, the apartment is totally quiet. The best advantages of this apartment are: a comfort and full equipment.

It has surface area of 40 square meters. It has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a practical shower cabin and a bedroom with a 160 cm wide marriage bed. Apartment is intended for 4 persons.

Every room is decorated to high standard. Tasteful and functional interior can make you feel free and comfortable. Wooden furniture “Indian rosewood”makes this place more atmospheric. Interior is designed in a minimalistic style, it will make you feel more relaxed and it is easier to get some quiet. Additionally, subdued colors in rooms have huge impact on your good mood. The apartment has two separated rooms which is huge advantage because you can feel more comfortable. “Parrot” is for 4 people.

Apartment is located on the first floor. There is a lift and a parking place in the underground garage. The facility was delivered in 2019.
